Discovering alexithymia in my 30s was like finally finding the missing piece of a puzzle I didn't know I was solving. It didn't "fix" anything, but it gave me a framework for understanding myself. And that understanding changed everything.
Tezara exists because I wish I had found a place like this years ago. A space where thinking differently isn't something to overcome, but something to understand and embrace. Where late discovery isn't failure, but the beginning of a new chapter.
